| Minimum Order Charge |
| There is no minimum order charge. |

| Carriage |
| Consignments up to 2 kilos will be sent by post at a cost of £5.50. |
| Conisgnments over 2 kilos will be sent by carrier at a cost of £9.50. |

| ORDERS OVER £250 IN NETT VALUE CARRIAGE FREE |
|
| If you wish you may collect your order, either with your own transport, or using your own carrier. |
| The carriage free offer applies to the UK mainland. |
|
| Samples |
| Samples will be submitted with pleasure. |
|
| Retention of Title |
| All goods will remain our property until they are paid for in full. |
|
| Discrepancy in Delivery |
| Hopefully this problem will not arise. However if the goods delivered do not match our Advice Note please advise us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the shortage. |

| Return of Goods |
| Standard products which have been correctly supplied may be returned to us, with our prior approval. 'Specials' ie. Products obtained or manufacturered specifically for a customer may not be returned. |
|
| Certificate of Conformity |
| Our Advice Note contains a 'Certificate of Conformity' section. There is no charge for this. |
|
| Health & Safety |
| Quite a number of products contained in our catalogue could have serious implications for the safety of end users if they are either incorrectly fitted or used in an inappropriate application.
